New private home sales bounced back in July 2021 after a lull period between May and June, on the back of the exuberance in the OCR new sales market. Developers sold an impressive 1,589 new units (excluding Executive Condos) in July 2021 – up by 82% from the 872 units transacted in the previous month. July marks the second top-selling month of 2021, just slightly below the top sales month in January 2021 with 1,678 units. Pasir Ris 8 was the top-selling private residential project in the month, selling more than 85% of its total inventory as at the end of July.
