Belgravia ace comprises 107 freehold strata houses with mix of 104 semi-detached (type a, b & c) and 3 terrace houses (type d); and in different configurations and layouts.
In the Belgravia Ace development, JGP Architecture is the design architect and Coen Design International is the landscape architect. This series of semi-detached houses is joined at the rear end rather than at the side, as is usually the case with semi-detached houses. In that sense, the 18 Type A semi-detached houses are similar to conventional detached houses. The 18 Type B semi-detached houses are identical to the Type A units. The only difference is that access to the carpark is from the basement.
As with conventional semi-detached housing, the 68 remaining units will be connected at the side, with access from the basement car park. The three terraced houses have a similar configuration to the semi-detached houses.
The Belgravia Ace houses feature five bedrooms: the master bedroom and junior master bedroom are located on the second floor, and there are three other bedrooms (one en suite) on the third floor. Each semi-detached house frontage is 6m wide and has a 4.9m ceiling height on the first floor. Developer is providing a mezzanine loft with a ceiling height of 1.95 meters for use as a study or office.
The first level of each semi-detached house comes with natural marble flooring and the upper level with Burmese teak flooring. Both the wet and dry kitchens are equipped with V-Zug appliances.
