One Holland Village Residences, a residential component of a mixed-use development that consists of Retail & F&B, Offices, Service Apartment and 296 Residential Apartments, located right next to Holland Village MRT Station (Circle Line). The 99-year leasehold commercial and residential development site in Holland Road, is a joint development by Far East Organization, Sino Group and Sekisui House, a consortium that has acquired the site at land bid price of $1.213 Billion which translate a land price of $1,888 per square foot.
One Holland Village | Mixed-use Development Concept
The development will include a series of ground-floor public spaces divided into three zones:
- Commons Square – serves as focal point that events such as weekend markets and outdoor performances to be held there.
- Communal Green – a courtyard flanked by shops leading to a water court and a terraced water feature. All of the planned public spaces are linked by walkways. The linked walkways, parks and squares create an enticing streetscape.
- Pocket Park – that opens into Lorong Mambong in Holland Village.
As per URA plan, a series of open walkways will connect these public spaces to the surrounding areas. Through street-paving design, the existing Lorong Liput and Lorong Mambong will be extended into the future development, creating a consistent and distinctive streetscape for the larger Holland Village precinct.
In partnership with local firm MKPL Architects, the reisdential component will include two towers — 33 and 25 storeys — totaling about 400-plus private apartments and will be located at the northern part of the site bounded by Holland Road and North Buona Vista Road. The height of the other buildings in this development, including the serviced apartment tower, is not expected to exceed 10 storeys.

About Holland Village
Holland Village was established in the early 1900s by the former home of British Army personnel and their families. Plantations, colonial estates and nurseries once dotted this neighbourhood, and its European-influenced legacy can still be seen in the architecture of its quaint shophouses and low-rise buildings.
The district was named after the English architect Hugh Holland, but was colloquially known as hue hng au (‘behind the flower garden’ in the Hokkien dialect), in reference to its close proximity to the Singapore Botanic Gardens.
One Holland Village Residences is conveniently located next to Holland Village MRT Station and is only one stop away from Buona Vista MRT Station (the interchange between Circle Line and East West Line), two stops away from major employment centre one-north, and three stops from education cluster Kent Ridge.
